I have been working at Kernelics for six months as a QA and my impression is all positive. I was pleasantly surprised with the hiring process: the atmosphere during the interview was warm, even relaxed, and I was quickly informed about the results of the interview. Projects are varied and interesting, and issues like providing an employee with additional equipment or software for more efficient work are resolved promptly. And finally, the team. Mostly they are young people truly involved in what they do. It is easy and pleasant to communicate with colleagues, which has a positive effect on the results of work.
Working at Kernelics is about the great atmosphere made by the team. Incredibly talented and professional people of various areas are gathered in Kernelics - PM, BA, Dev team, QA, UX / UI, Sales, Top management, HR. I really like working with each of them, everyone is ready to help, share knowledge and experience, and work together as a united and friendly team:) I would like to highlight the abundance of interesting projects, which are very interesting to work on and let you improve your skills. I really like that the company works for the foreign market. I am satisfied with the work schedule, wage, and, in general, all employment agreements carried out by Kernelics.
Trying to have an open mind, I can only judge by my own experience. I’ve managed to work on projects of different duration and complexity, but only nice, professional people have been working with me alongside. The management is always ready for dialogue, any questions, both private or concerning your work only, and proposals for the company as a whole, can be freely expressed and discussed. I can always count on help and support at any level - I think this is an absolute advantage.
I have been working at Kernelics for a year and a half and I can confidently say that exceptional people have become a team here. I was very lucky to begin my first project at Kernelics with a lot of talented and interested guys. It turned out to be the environment that inspires you to overcome any challenges that a new, interesting field certainly throws. The atmosphere is really special - productive, comfortable, sometimes even family-like. This is largely due to the responsive HR department, but it is also worth noting that the attitude of the company's top management towards employees is of great importance. For many, this can be a determining factor, and in Kernelics you always feel respect and attention to your interests, there is genuine trust and competent mentoring from the directors.
I have been working at the company as PM for half a year. I am satisfied with the schedule, tasks, and salary. All the promises I received during the interview have been fulfilled in full. The team are young, ambitious, motivated, and responsible developers who are a pleasure to work with. Work on projects is well-coordinated, the guys help each other, they are always ready to get in touch. I was very pleased with the use of modern approaches in application development. I really like open and transparent communication at all levels in the company.
Kernelics is my first company and I am glad that I ended up here. Despite the fact that the company is quite young, it provides many opportunities for development and for QA as well. On all my projects, the work has been coordinated and organized well. Young specialists are mentored and supported in every possible way. I can’t help but note the good salary and the social package provided by the company. At the moment I do not find any disadvantages of working here.
Kernelics is an excellent example of a young, fast-growing, forward-looking company. The company has an excellent team full of ambitious and talented people, competent management, and a wonderful HR department that does not forget to keep in touch with employees during remote work. It’s also worth mentioning that Kernelics can offer a variety of interesting projects. The project I'm currently working on encourages the constant study of new technologies, which makes the work exciting and gives an incentive to grow as a developer, and gives the opportunity to gain a lot of useful experience. For five months of work, I have not regretted choosing Kernelics, and I advise a developer to consider the company as an option.
I have been working for the company for a while. I have never met such a warm approach when applying for a job - the management was able to create an absolutely relaxed atmosphere in which only minimal tension was felt. I really like that the top managers periodically attend meetings, express their position on the issue, and always listen to an employee, regardless of their status in the company. They also quite often express their feedback regarding your work and are interested in the internal processes of a project. This adds motivation and confidence to team cohesion. The friendly and professional atmosphere created by colleagues during conversations with the customer and solving internal issues has a very positive effect on productivity.
Perfect place. I have been working in the company for about six months. Before that, I worked in a large grocery company and I can say with full responsibility that it is no worse here, and in some aspects (new interesting projects, salaries above average) are much better. It is not enough to simply describe the team in the company with flattering reviews, you need to feel how interesting and friendly colleagues can be.
I have been working in the company for 3 months on a large project. I understand that it’s not long enough and maybe I need to wake up and smell the coffee but in my review, I am going to rely on facts only. Since Kernelics suggest the full-cycle development on the project I am currently working on, including business analysis, management, design development, backend, mobile phone development for two platforms, etc., I can judge how the company deals with each separate area and the project in general. Surprisingly, but in such a young company the processes on the project are set wisely: everyone does their job, blocks rarely happen thanks to a well-constructed timeline, we have daily meetings, weekly sync ups, and some other scrum best practices.
I came to Kernelics 4 months ago from a large company and have no regrets about the transition. I started in a well-qualified team. Adequate bosses, friendly teammates. I am satisfied with everything. A weak social package can be called a downside (of course, the company is quite young), but it’s compensated with a high salary (significantly higher than the market average).
